The seated statue of Miroku Bosatsu(Kampuku-ji temple)

Kampuku-ji temple built in early Edo period is the Shingon sect temple.
The statue of Miroku Bosatsu (Bodhisattva) enshrined as a transferred statue of Buddha is said to have been enshrined at Fuyudo Sofuku-ji temple, ruined temple.
This is the most graceful Buddha strongly influenced by the Tempyo sculptures (sculptures made around Tempyo era(710~794)). City designated cultural property.
