The fourth regiment in an old field artillery（The Ground Self-Defense Forces Shinodayama Post）

The fourth regiment in a field artillery was moved from Osaka-jo castle, Hoenzaka to Shinodayama Post in 1919. There used to be set field artillery barracks, a training range, army hospital and regiment of military policemen.

There still remain officers’ mess and pre-war architectures open to the public in the ceremony held every Spring to commemorate the establishment of Shinodayama Post.
